All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise stated or requested. State sales tax applies for sales within the state of Hawaii. International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail (USPS) - http://www.usps.com

International orders will only be accepted from Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and parts of Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Orders to Puerto Rico and U.S. Military personnel at APO and FPO addresses are not considered international orders. Buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees, import tax, or any other fee applied by the government or state to which items are shipped. All international sales are final. All sales are final. Due to the unique and custom nature of the clothing items we sell, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Contact us to discuss sizing if you are unsure a clothing item will fit . For non-clothing items, product exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Contact goride.com before returning any item to discuss reason for exchange, terms of exchange, and method of exchange. Due to all sales being final, there are no cash or credit refunds. Items returned must be exchanged for other items of same or greater value. Exchanges will only be considered for items shipped to an address within the United States. Items returned must be in their original new and unsed condition (tires must not have been removed from their original packaging) and include all original manufacturer packaging otherwise a 35 percent restocking fee will apply.
 
ALL WARRANTY ITEMS MUST BE INSPECTED TO ENSURE THEY CAN BE COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY POLICY. To determine if an item is defective, it must be returned to goride.com for inspection. For items that are defective, no service fee will be applied and a replacement or credit will be issued. If the original item is no longer avialable, a like item of similar or greater value will be issued.
 
When returning items, it is strongly recommended they are sent by USPS Priority Mail or UPS with some form or insurance or package tracking. goride.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT to goride.com, shipping fees on refunded items ordered in error by the customer are NON REFUNDABLE.

If a customer is not professionally trained, employed, or licensed to properly and safely install any product, including tires and tubes, purchased through the goride.com website, it is strongly recommended that assistance be sought from a professionally trained bicycle mechanic.
