Hours of Operation

We can accommodate doctor’s appointments, treatments, and dialysis chair times schedules between 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Pickup times start at 5:00 AM for outbound trips, and end at 7:00 PM for return trips. Please call for our holiday schedule.

Types of Trips

Scheduled Trip

An accepted customer trip with a defined pickup time that was provided at the time of booking. A scheduled trip must be booked more than 1hr in advance of the desired pickup time. (Ex: Customer called at 9:00am and requested a ride at 1:00pm)

On-Demand Trip

Customer trip for which the customer notifies the GoRide Booking Agent they are ready for immediate pickup and request to be picked up as soon as possible.

Will Call

An accepted customer trip with an estimated pickup time that was provided at the time of booking. This is used as a placeholder in the GoRide dispatching and routing system. The customer must contact the GoRide call center to notify when they are actually ready for pickup. After receiving customer notification, the trip is then served as an on demand trip.

One Way Pricing

Base Fare & Mile Rate$35 + $2.75/mile each wayIncurred when vehicle is en route to pickup. This Base Fare applies to door-through-door service and may decrease based on level of service.
Shared Ride Discount$12.50Provided to each paying passenger participating in a shared ride.
Cancellation$0 / Base FareRequests can be cancelled up to an hour before the pickup time. If a ride is cancelled within the hour, customer may incur a Base Fare charge.
Rebooking$20Assessed when customer was not ready to be picked up and requested the vehicle to return same day to serve the same trip.
No ShowQuoted AmountAssessed when vehicle arrives at requested pick-up location and customer is not transported for any reason.
CaregiverNo ChargeAt least one caregiver permitted to ride with each paying customer at no charge.
Outside Service Hours Pricing10% Additional Charge
Late Discount25% Of Quoted PriceCredited automatically when vehicle is more than 30 minutes late to a scheduled pickup or 90 minutes late for an on-demand/will call pickup.

Private Pay Customers

We accept credit and debit card payments online prior to transportation, or make a payment in vehicle with a credit card or debit card.
